Felice Colavecchio - Born in Frosolone (Molise Italy) on June 3, 1922. Died peacefully with his entire family at his side on May 22, 2013. Loving & proud grandfather to Teresa (Paul Kalika), Augusto (Sue Di Maria), Eddy (Frida Di Maria), Remo (Julie Cecconi), Monica (Jason Modopoulos), Robert (Gilda Scatozza), Mark (Katie Scatozza), Alessandro, Gabriella, Nadia, Adam & Baby ‘Braveheart’. Extremely proud of 11 great-grandchildren: Isabella, Amanda, Evan, Brandon, Connor, Eva, Rocco, Jack, Grace, Michael & Rachel. Devoted uncle to Antonietta (Ferdinando DiBiase), Alessandro (Maria Colavecchio), late Francesco, Filomena & Giuseppe (Incoronata Colavecchio) & families. Dear brother-in-law and uncle to many other family members (Oakville, Burlington & Niagara Falls).-- We will forever be indebted to him for his courage & determination to provide a better future for his family by immigrating to Canada in 1964 at the age of 42. After many sacrifices he realized his dream. He made a lot of friends along the way and touched many lives through his involvement with St. James Parish community and by organizing pilgrimages to Sainte-Anne- de-Beaupré (Québec) for 34 years. He was always a man of few words with a big heart – didn't say "I love you" very often but his eyes always showed his love & pride for his family. He led by example and taught us that actions always speak louder than words. Dad, may all these sacrifices reward you with endless happiness and peace as you rejoin your loved ones in heaven. Thank you for all that you have done for us - we will cherish our memories with you forever and will always love you,
Love, Your Family.
