James Irwin McLean
June 15, 1953 – March 20, 2016

It is with deepest sorrow that we share the loss of our beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother, Jim McLean, who passed away suddenly on Sunday, March 20th at the age of 62 years. He leaves behind his adored wife Donna (nee Wagner), his loving children Heather, Jonathan and Patti, Peter, Samantha, and his cherished grandchildren, Nathan, Rylan and Spencer. Jim will be greatly missed by his sister Janet, and his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Sharon (Paul), Richard (Ellen), Paul (Nancy), Jean (Jeff) and Marie (Michael) and his mother-in-law, Esther, along with his many nephews, nieces and cousins. He is pre-deceased by his parents Harry (Mac) and Helen McLean and his father-in-law Elmer Wagner.

Jim lived his life with great passion, was filled with a devoted and unending love for his family, and was a true friend to many in both his personal life and his business life. He has touched the lives of so many – in whose memories he will live on.

“Goodbye my family, my life has passed. I loved you all to the very last. Weep not for me but courage take. Love each other for my sake. For those you love don’t go away. They walk beside you every day.”

A private family service will take place. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Salvation Army, a charity which Jim held close to his heart.
