<div itemprop="description">It is with great sadness that the family of Réal Leo Chamberland announces his death on Tuesday, September 20, 2016. <br> <br>Réal will be lovingly remembered by Marylyn (Lyn), his wife of 49 years, his children, Mark and wife Denise and Eric and wife Lee-Anne. Grandpa will also be greatly missed by his four grandchildren, Nathan, Connor, Addison and Cooper. He will also be missed by his sisters, brothers, mother-in-law, sisters and brothers-in-law and extended family and friends. <br> <br>Visitation at the Oakview Funeral Home, 56 Lakeshore Road, Oakville, on Friday, September 30, 2016, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. <br> <br>A Memorial Service in celebration of Réal’s life will be held on Sunday, October 16, 2016 at 3 p.m., at Maple Grove United Church, 346 Maple Grove Drive, Oakville, ON L6J 4V5. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to, may make a donation to the Réal Chamberland Memorial Fund, Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, Palliative Care Unit or to the charity of their choice. <br></div>
